2026 “Love Soldotna” RAFFLE
Purpose: To generate revenue for the general operations of the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce. Our mission is to promote responsible growth for Greater Soldotna through representing, educating, and advocating for our members.

Purchase 2026 “Love Soldotna” Raffle Tickets: Each ticket purchase equals one entry. The price per ticket will be US $10.00. Tickets may be purchased online (total with processing online is $10.75), or in-person from the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce staff, River City Pull-tabs Staff, or at Frozen RiverFest slated for 2-28-26 in Soldotna Creek Park (event begins at 4 pm). A maximum of 500 tickets will be sold. All purchases of raffle tickets are non-refundable. Ticket stubs must contain the following legible information to be deemed valid … Name (first and last), Phone Number, and Email Address. If any of the listed information is missing or illegible, or if full payment does not accompany the ticket stub, the ticket stub will be deemed invalid and will not be eligible to win a prize. For multiple ticket purchases online on one receipt, that receipt number will be entered multiple times according to the number of tickets purchased.
Prize: Grand Prize is $1,000. Drawing will take place on Saturday, February 28th at Frozen RiverFest at Soldotna Creek Park (251 States Ave, Soldotna, AK). Winners need not be present to win. All prizes must be claimed within 45 days of the drawing.
Eligibility: An individual must be 18 years or older at the time of entry purchase. Entry purchaser must be a legal resident of the state of Alaska. Internet sales of raffle tickets are open only to legal residents of Alaska physically present in Alaska when the transaction occurs. Only one person per ticket may be designated to receive payment. Employees of the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win prizes. Immediate family is defined as spouse and children living in the same household.
Recording and Ticket Accounting: All ticket sales will be recorded in a master document in the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce office upon receipt of payment.
Notification of Winners: All winners will be notified via telephone and/or email using the information provided on the ticket stub within 10 days of the drawing date referenced above. All winners are required to authenticate ownership of the winning ticket prior to prize being issued. All winners will be issued a check within 15 days of claim. If a selected winner is unable to be located after a period of 45 days from the draw date of the raffle, the selected winner will be determined to have forfeited the prize, and the prize will be donated to the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce for the purposes listed above.
Taxes and IRS Rules: All winners are responsible for all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prize. If required by law, prize winners will be issued an IRS form W2-G for the prize. Amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or other similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. Check with your qualified financial advisor for additional information.
Privacy: By entering the raffle, entry purchases agree that their information provided in connection with the entry may be used for communications promoting the raffle and future raffles sponsored by the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce. This includes permission to use winner’s first and last name, city, photograph, statements, prize information and voice for advertising and/or promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval into perpetuity. An entry purchaser may subsequently “opt out” by emailing an opt out request to info@soldotnachamber.org. Other than as provided in this section, an entry purchaser’s information will not be shared with or sold to any other person or entity.
Waiver/Limit of Liability: Entry purchasers and winners, by participating and by accepting a prize, release the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce and any of its respective directors, officers, partners, employees, sponsors and advertisers from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion, possession, use and distribution of the prize awarded. The Soldotna Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for tickets that are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away, resold, tampered, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or any other error. The Soldotna Chamber of Commerce reserves the right at its discretion to disqualify any individual defines tampering with process or operation or acting in violation of these official rules.
This raffle is conducted in accordance with Alaska Charitable Gaming Laws.
